Level 1
Our Level 1/ Beginner Reformer Pilates class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates in a small, supportive setting. This class focuses on building a strong foundation through controlled, low-impact movements that improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and overall body You'll learn how to properly set up and use the reformer, understand key Pilates principles like breath and alignment, and move at a pace that feels manageable and encouraging. No prior experience is needed—this class is perfect if you're completely new to Pilates or returning after a break. Expect a calm, welcoming atmosphere where questions are encouraged and progress happens at your own pace.
Mixed Level Reformer Pilates class is designed for those with some prior experience on the reformer who feel comfortable with the basic exercises and setup. It's not suitable for complete beginners, but you don't need to be advanced—just confident moving through foundational work. You'll receive clear guidance and the option to progress or modify exercises to suit your level. The class offers a challenging, full-body workout focused on strength, control, mobility, and coordination. Expect a mix of familiar exercises and more progressive variations, with an emphasis on good technique, core engagement, and breath.
Mixed Level
Level 2 Reformer Pilates class is our most advanced offering, designed for those who are confident and experienced on the reformer and ready to be challenged in a supportive environment. You'll build on your existing knowledge with more complex exercises that challenge strength, coordination, balance, and control. While the class is physically demanding, the focus remains on quality of movement, breath, and alignment. Options are always provided to help you work at the right intensity for your body, so you can feel challenged without feeling overwhelmed.
Core Flow
Core Flow is designed to strengthen, tone, and activate your entire core using the reformer. In a short, targeted session, you’ll work deep stabilizing muscles as well as the more visible abdominals to improve posture, balance, and overall strength. Suitable for all levels, with options and progressions provided—perfect when you want a powerful core workout in less.
